Extremely well organized staff! We loved Kevin our waiter. He was so sweet, charasmatic and came around at the right times. Also we appreciated Kevin the wine expert. I felt like I was watching a play. The staff would synchronize their visits to your table and keep their left hand tucked behind their back. Some dishes were incredible. This was the 1st fine dining experience I left full. For a 5 year anniversary night this was an excellent choice!
This is a special place! Great food, service and atmosphere. The staff took care of every detail, from taking our valet ticket so the car was out front when we finished our meal to a number of special complimentary treats. There is a team taking care of you lead by a head waiter. Ours was Jeremy and he was outstanding. Informative, knowledgeable and took the time to learn our names so that he could look after our requests. We started with drinks and followed his recommendations. I had a twist on a Moscow Mule made with Elderflower and mint which was delicious. We ordered from the a la carte menu starting with two beautiful salads and the escargot. We also had the lobster, buffalo and trout. Each dish was outstanding and beautiful. Jeremy’s assistant was Connor. He was great as well sharing interesting information and making pleasant conversation. We never felt rushed but there was always someone there to anticipate our needs. For the level of service, we did not think the bill was outrageous. It’s definitely a special occasion place and one that I would love to visit again next time I’m in Phoenix.
I’ve been in many fine restaurants all over this country, but this is a cut above. It’s one of those restaurants where you just can’t go wrong with whatever you order. We had the buffalo and had the duck. Both were outstanding. The wait staff were very attentive. The cocktails were first rate. We went there for our anniversary. Not only did they present us with a dessert, but they also gave us an anniversary card on our way out. Memorable. One of the top three or four restaurants in the entire country in my opinion.
This is definitely dining elevated to art with consideration paid to all senses. We did The Journey tasting menu. It was course after course of perfection. The service was excellent and the staff was very knowledgeable and well trained. If you can afford it and love food then you should visit.
