Kathy Zalewski is a very experienced and highly professional realtor! We live out of state and were not familiar with the Queen Creek and San Tan Valley areas. We provided Kathy with our house requirements and budget. When we traveled to Arizona for a weekend, she had a number of houses for us to look at and she really understood what we were looking for in a home. We made an offer on a home that very weekend! Unfortunately, that home fell through due to appraisal issues and we found ourselves back at the drawing board (and no longer in Arizona). We worked closely with Kathy remotely and after about a week, she found a beautiful home for us. We trusted her judgement so much, that we made an offer on the house without ever seeing it. Once we did get the opportunity to see the home, we absolutely loved it! We can’t thank Kathy enough for her hard work and for really listening to what we wanted in a home. To keep it nice and short, Kathy Zalewski is an absolutely amazing person and by far one of the best Realtors out there and hands down the only realtor I will use in the Phoenix area. Now with that being said, I will now give a long winded review. I am a veteran and when I met Kathy I had just moved to the area, was living with my parents, and was looking for a home to buy. Of course, I could not be a more difficult client as I was easily triggered and was known to fly off the handle and yell or easily frustrated on simple things that needed to happen in order to purchase a home. Kathy was beyond patience and went out of her way to make sure I knew what was going on from day to day. I know I wasn’t Kathy’s only client at the time but she sure made me feel like I was her only client. Kathy took everything I was looking for and compiled an amazing list of homes, and was spot on with not playing games and trying to push a home just to get a sale. She made me feel like royalty, even though I had a very low budget at the time and was wanting everything under the sun. Believe me when I tell you, I made some really crazy requests for what I wanted in a new home and what my budget was. In just a mater of a few days, Kathy found my first home. It literally had everything I wanted. So that was my first experience, and from that day on, Kathy has been my realtor. I have bought 3 homes and sold 2 homes with Kathy, and each time, I felt like Kathy had my best interest in mind every step of the way. I bought every home with Kathy, and sold each home With her as well. I started out with a low home buying budget, and through the few years and 3 homes later, I now live in my dream home with property and would not be here today if it was not for Kathy and her team. I would like to add that her mortgage guy, Matthew Maier and SWBC, jumped through hoops, ran on fire and moved mountains to make sure I received the best loan out there. If something changed and they could make it better, even by a .05% drop in interest, Matthew made it happen. I would recommend Kathy Zalewski to anyone looking for a home, investment or even property. If it’s out there she will find it, and if it’s not there, she will find something better. If you want to feel like you have your own personal realtor that makes sure your taken care of first, and will work hard, and is 100% trustworthy then I would stop looking right now, and give Kathy a call.
