Good music (which is very important for me) I love the trainers and how they push and motivate you. And my husband loves the workouts and trainers too.

(October 23, 2020, 5:42 pm)Hands down the best gym experience I have ever had, I’m totally hooked!!!! I love how the workouts are different everyday so there’s no time to get bored or complacent.
The trainers (Graycee, Evan, and Randy) are awesome and really push you hard and make sure you get the best workout possible. I’m so glad I joined and look forward to many many more classes!!!
