I've been going to this office for my behavioral health needs for about a year now. It was a little rough getting started but things have worked out well. I have two great providers who have helped me so much! It is a bit of a pain when calling because there's usually a wait time and the person who answers isn't always from this specific office, but usually they are able to help or get you to the person you need pretty well. Everyone I've encountered has been very professional and helpful.

No push on new meds.
She took her time to listen and explain the medicines to me, very very helpful.
