Jillian is my go to for pain management and general health issues. You can tell she cares about her patients and she had an awesome and cheerful bedside manner! She treated my back with trigger points and got me off of tramadol! Can not recommend her highly enough!
Physician Assistant Jillian Trulson is THE definition of a healthcare provider and pain specialist. She’s treated my neck pain and with so much tightness in my neck i get extreme headaches causing my TMJ to stiffen up and cause pain with just talking. When I get that bad of pain I go to trigger point injections into my TMJ for migraine and headache relief. Jillian was very gentle and I had full confidence in her doing it to me for the first time and I felt NO needle stick! She made sure I was fully comfortable in allowing her to do it and didn’t talk me into it or pressure me. Thank you Jillian for all you do, I would definitely recommend her ??
Thank God for Elite Medical Partners. I’ve been living with this abysmal pain in my leg. I was literally about to Cut this thing off. Thankfully, I didn’t because I went to go see them. They gave me a few shots in my leg and almost immediately felt relief. I highly recommend them!

I have been suffering from chronic migraines and headaches since I was a little kid. I have done a bunch of different modalities of getting my headaches under control. I recently started doing trigger point injection therapy. Immediately I felt the tension completely release , it was like a Christmas miracle.
Nic does a topical lidocaine spray to numb the area and then uses a small gauge needle to administer internal lidocaine with a solution so it releases the myofascia so you instantly gain blood flow. I am completely mind blown on how this can transform my life and feeling 100% enjoyable without having any suffering pressure from my headaches and my sciatica.
I will say the next Day you will probably be a little sore on injection site but it’s not anything unbearable because you have immediate relief ! Nic is compassionate and understanding and with the flexibility of being mobile it’s a Win Win !
