  Excellent! My Very First Air B n B experience, and was great. I stayed in the condos off N Pima rd. The place was as advertised, clean, good location, nice to be able to use pool next door. Excellent fast communication from hosts which is Very important obviously. Would be hard to find but host gave great directions. Good value, Highly recommend.

  Brent's place was the perfect spot for our recent trip to Scottsdale. The apartment was spacious, clean, and central to almost everything we were in North Scottsdale to see and do. Bedrooms were located on opposite ends of a hallway which allowed the ideal private setup for a father/son stay. Clearly written instructions made for an easy check in/out... and all communication was addressed promptly. The covered garage was an added bonus. There is a bit of road noise in the master bedroom but this, for us, was not a problem. BAVR is definitely a reliable resource when visiting the Phoenix area... ask for Brent or Spencer!

  Loved the outdoor Oasis at this house. The house is huge and was perfect for a family get together, beautiful neighborhood with a park a couple of blocks away. We look forward to returning!

  We stayed at The Retreat a few days ago, while hosting out of town guests. The home is beautiful and a wonderful space for families to gather. The kitchen was more well stocked than other air bnb’s I’ve stayed at. All the utensils, cookware, and plates you need to feed a family. There is a huge backyard with pool and hot tub. Although we did not partake in either, the kids enjoyed the outdoor television. There is a beautiful sound system for playing music, plenty of seating options for dinner and a fantastic pool table. The beds were very comfortable, and small touches like a basket of snacks, helped us to feel right at home. I would absolutely stay again.

  I stayed at the desert ridge location. Highly recommend. Good neighborhood, convenient and large. It’s so much bigger and cheaper than a hotel room. Also directly from a shopping mall and tons of restaurants nearby. Also opposite direction of the commute traffic.
