Great service from start to finish! Ryan took charge of our glass claim and managed it beautifully, keeping us informed every step of the way. He was tireless in working with our insurance company & we got our windshield replaced in record time. Our installer, Randy was the best! He called as promised, to give us his arrival time, appeared on time and his workmanship was above reproach. He loves what he does and takes pride in doing a perfect installation.

Jennifer was a star! She handled the insurance claim details and sent me updates of the claim status regularly then arranged installation date and time. Installation team was able to arrive two days earlier than scheduled and in the morning. No small feat considering my location. Installation was professional and Glass was high quality. All this in my driveway! My experience with RV Glass GURU was so pleasant it almost makes me look forward to another windshield replacement.
