(December 22, 2016, 8:42 pm)We dropped in for classes while we were in from out of town. Our coach was Austin, who did a fantastic job teaching technique and skills for the workout. He also was a great coach once the wod got started, was encouraging & paid attention to technique (which sadly at some boxes can easily be a time for coaches to not be engaged) The owner and the members were also all very welcoming! Highly recommend joining this gym if you are a local or dropping in if visiting town!
