(August 16, 2017, 11:39 pm)My wife and I were originally just members of Lifetime Fitness in Scottsdale, but we were both interested in joining a Crossfit gym as well. After looking and trying classes at multiple Crossfit gyms in Scottsdale, and doing research on coaches, we ended up joining Alpha 1 Training about 8 months ago! Best decision ever! The coaches are elite athletes and coaches, and it shows with the results you get! If you don't believe me google the coaches yourselves! Danny Nichols, Lucy Charrasse, Beau Ash. Better yet, try out a class at Alpha and see if you can beat their time/score!

(August 16, 2017, 12:02 am)I've been coming to Alpha 1 for a little over a year now and It's one of the best gyms I've ever been to. The front desk staff is nice and helpful, the workouts are hard and fun, and the people are so supportive and motivating. The coaches are absolutely the best you can find. They push you to be your best and are your biggest cheerleaders. I absolutely love it here. ♥️

As far as the programming I've never experienced a more well tailored, beneficial workout. Every day brings new challenges and with the guidance of the incredible and extremely knowledgeable coaches you watch as you grow and become only better not just physically but mentally. There's no other place I would choose to go. Simply the best gym, coaching available.
