We have hired Elite Shutters & Blinds for 3 separate jobs over the past 3 years. Our rep, Diane Pirman, is someone I would highly recommend and is the reason we keep going back to Elite. She is responsive, prepared, trustworthy and helped us tremendously with our purchase of drapery & electric blinds. Instead of thumbing through countless books & samples, she made recommendations that made the process quick and enjoyable - the outcome was fantastic! She is experienced and has a great sense of home style. She delivered on time and gave us a discount for repeat business. She was a pleasure to work with.

I had a great experience working with Kathy Trojan at Elite Shutters. As part of a full house remodel, I replaced all window coverings. Kathy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to my vision and provided great products that matched that vision. More importantly, she made recommendations regarding design and installation options that I would never have thought of on my own. Elite shutters and blinds is the way to go! The entire team is amazing, professional, and have great expertise. Scott came out, took measurements for our new build home, took his time and the entire process was seamless from there. We got the best shutters in the neighborhood and great blinds as well. I chose Elite shutters for covering my living room window doors, they recommended Hunter Douglas product, bypass shutter.
Vice president, Rob Park completed the finest job for my bypass shutters. He is the expert for the product and installation and resolved all of customer's concerns. He was patient to listen what customer saying and thoughtful to make customer be happy. I satisfied 100% and strongly recommend Elite shutter. I compared 3 different shutter companies but went with Elite Shutters & Blinds since Katie was the easiest to work with, friendly, & very knowledgeable since the beginning! Katie showed me the different sizes, colors, & design options & helped guide me with what I got. Pricing was pretty similar across the companies too-but worth the investment! I did have to wait about 5 months for them to arrive but that’s how all companies were at the time-They were honest about the wait time & accurate with their delivery date. Katie & the company updated me on any shipment updates as well. Her and the company were overall very organized, would answer any questions I had within only hours of asking, and the installers did an awesome job. The installers arrived 15 minutes early and gave me a heads up as well. They got all my shutters installed in about an hour (4 total but 2 huge windows with 1 of them being a big arch)! Afterwards I noticed 1 loose shutter which I reached out to Katie & the company and they sent me a video on how to fix it-very easy fix that took less than 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend using them! :)
