In 2009, after 1 year on a medication for my MS (weekly shots in my thigh muscle), I found Dr. Kruzel. Ever since then I have been treating my MS through diet, exercise, and positive thinking. I credit Dr. Kruzel for my health today because it is his expertise, patience, and care that changed my life for the better.
Also, I hate shots/needles. I used to have to sit on my mom's lap to get blood drawn (and I'm an adult). But Dr. Kruzel one day took a blood sample from me and I didn't feel a thing! I usually have a lot of anxiety before the procedure, but with Dr. Kruzel I don't worry about anything!

I cannot tell you how wonderful Dr. Shawna is in helping me be the healthiest version of myself. She truly cares about the person and there is no cookie cutter care for her. Everything she does is based on me and what I have going on. She takes the time to TRULY listen to what’s going on so then I have so much trust in knowing she is doing what’s best for me! I’m so grateful to have her as part of health care team!!

Being a long-time patient of Rockwood Natural Medicine Clinic I can say that I have full confidence in having questions answered, remedies and treatments given that produce amazing and specific results . I know that when I go into the office I will be given not only the best in non-toxic and effective therapy, but personal consideration of my issue. 'Regular' medicine has a place and a time -- I also know that the Docs at Rockwood will not hesitate to extend recommendations for those handlings when necessary/obligatory. Dr. Shawna Eischens is incredible. She is a wonderful person and an amazing Naturopathic Doctor. She has helped me overcome two health problems for which regular medical doctors have no real treatment. Naturopathic remedies may not cure us overnight. However, if you are patient and allow Dr. E to tweak the treatment she has prescribed, she can truly work wonders.

Dr. E is so passionate about her work it's contagious! Your health and well being are her #1 priorities. She was looking for a guinea pig for a new treatment she was adding and I volunteered with complete confidence! She thoroughly explained the process and what to expect. A truly "uplifting" experience! :)
