  I was transferred to Sante North Scottsdale after spending 45 days in a hospital. In two weeks after arriving, The staff at Sante was able to get my strength up and me moving. My goal was to be home in 3 weeks. The staff helped me get there in two.

  Great place for a loved one that needs help.
  
  My dad was in the hospital for a month he first had a heart attack before going in and they put 2 steins inside. Then a couple days later they did another one in another artery after a couple of hours he had a stroke. After he was getting better and out of the ICU we needed to find a place that can do speech and physical therapy with him. Family friend referred this place.
  
  My mom and aunt went here and to other locations to look around. This one was the cleanest. It looks nice as well.
  
  So they transported my dad here and they say patients typically stay about 20 days. Well my dad stayed for about a week and a couple of days. He got better and wanted to come home.
  
  They help you with speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy. Some days you will do all 3 and some days you will just do 2 of them.
  
  Your loved one should be alert staying here cause this place is big and it will take some time for them to come to you. Also you need to insist on showers cause they don’t really do it unless you ask them.
  
  The food is okay. I believe the best thing is the pizza. Family and friends can eat with who they are visiting as well. The restaurant is open till 7pm. They have specials everyday and a standard menu for everyday to choose from. There’s also a coffee area in the front.
  
  You can take your loved one with the wheelchair around the building and on the patio and etc.
  
  Also if your loved one has dr appts they will have a transport van take them and you can ride with them or meet them there. When your done you call the driver and it could take up to 45 mins to come after you.

  This place is amazing! My grandma’s room is gigantic, the staff are on top of things, and the therapy has been phenomenal. I am so grateful that my grandmother has such a peaceful place to heal- there are a lot of places out there I would be worried about sending her- and Sante of North Scottsdale is not on that list. Thank you so much for everything.

Cons Appears to be very understaffed- late to pick up at previous facility to admit to Santé, didn't empty urinal sitting on tray with food, long wait time for meds, CNA rarely checked in, rarely changed sheets, help with shower twice in 3 weeks terrible...
