Donnie is always professional , very knowledgeable , honest , friendly and most important he gets the job done right! On top of all that the pricing is fair and very competitive and you will get an honest assessment of what your roof actually needs. Both of the jobs were leak repairs in different parts of the roof and he diagnosed and fixed the leaks with no issues afterwards. No high pressure or scare tactics like I have experienced with some other roofing companies before I found Donnie. Absolutely the most professional tile roof work that I have ever seen. Their organization provided one of three estimates for a complete removal, repair and reinstallation of our roof tile. The estimate was clear concise and on point. Work began as promised, the crew arrived and wasted no time getting started. Materials arrived on schedule and not a moment was wasted in the well planned systematic operation. The construction site was visited daily by the construction manager, Donnie and I was personally debriefed. The crew was professional and ensured that the work area was clean and left in a safe condition each day. The price did not change from the original quote and the warranty is fantastic. If you are looking for a team of "Professional Performers" look no further than Zobec Construction, I HIGHLY recommend them.

Finally a great roofing company! We worked with Donnie and he got back to us quickly after we reached out, came out within a day or so, provided a very reasonable estimate, and then fixed everything right on schedule. He provided documentation on all the repairs made including a warranty on the work, which we were able to pass on to our new homeowners. We will definitely contact Zobec again for any roofing needs!

I can't say enough about our experience with Donnie and Zobec. From the beginning, he was responsive and very reasonable. They blew us away in all aspects of the roofing job. Zero complaints. Would absolutely use them again and refer them to anyone who needs roofing work done on their house. It is VERY HARD to find a contractor as friendly, responsible and respectful as Donnie and Zobec.
