  Professional & fun team, they gave my sister and I a real hardcore full body workout!!
  
  Lots of room for beginners - expert spin cyclists to excel in this class.
  
  Really big fan of the lights and the gear we got to use. I'd recommend trying!! They have a great deal for newbies.

  this was my first week here and i loved it! I have not been able to work out for about 2 years due to school and I decided to try spin! My first class was on Monday with Rachel. My second class was on Wednesday with Emily. My third class this week was with Matt on Saturday. All the instructors have been amazing thus far. They are all so welcoming and want you to have fun. I am a true beginner and did not feel overwhelmed because they are so kind and truly make you feel so comfortable. At my first class, Lenny helped me figure out what shoes to wear and how to adjust my bike. They are all so helpful! If you are a true beginner, I would recommend having your first class with Rachel as her class gives you more chances to cool down. Can't wait for the many more classes I will be attending!

  I have tried a number of spin studios and for me, nothing compares to RPM. I have been going there for 1 1/2 yrs and my fitness level has grown tremendously. Their bikes are solid, the music and lights are fun, and the classes are challenging and high energy. Rachel the owner is present at almost every class, no matter what day or time, and she and the other instructors make you feel welcome. I lost 60 lbs with the help of RPM Spin and had fun while doing it. If you want to sweat your bootie off while having some high energy fun, check out RPM!

  What a great studio! Everyone is so friendly and encouraging to new riders- the equipment is new and the music is pumping! Definitely worth checking out!

  This place is AWESOME!!!! I had never done spin before.. signed up with RPM and fell in LOVE! The instructors, staff, energy, music and work out are on point! Great place to challenge yourself and have fun at the same time .. Now I cannot get enough of RPM Spin. Highly recommend!
