Your reviews set the bar so high there's not much else I can say other then I'm 76 years old and you are by far the best teacher I've ever had. Prior to enrolling in your April 2023, 8 week MBRS program I called you as I was in such a state of FEAR I had not slept for weeks. Within 2 weeks of your guidance I was comfortably sleeping again. Your 8 week MBRS program including the treasure trove of information you provided us has given me the knowledge and tools to live a happy life.

I completed Paul's 8-week MBSR program at the end of May 2023 and it was amazing! I just finished the 8-week MBSR course. Paul Sugar is such a wonderful and knowledgeable instructor. The sessions progress in a structured and intuitive way, and much of what you learn can be immediately implemented during your normal day-to-day routine. Outside of class, Paul was always available to answer questions and provide helpful feedback. His guidance and support was felt by everyone taking the course.
What you learn from this course is life-changing. The simplicity of mindfulness is quite profound, and you'll find so much depth behind what it can do for you. I would highly recommend taking this course. It's a lifelong gift to yourself.
I have always been curious about meditation and was fortunate enough to stumble across this eight week program that turned out to be a perfect fit for me.
