The staffing is absolutely wonderful and the complex is extremely well maintained, other tenants are quiet and respectful of others and the facilities are great. I am very happy here. The maintenance team are phenomenal, and service requests are attended to promptly.

(May 29, 2020, 8:37 pm)We have been living at Camden Montierra for the past 6 months (as we needed to find a short term rental). It's a great location and well kept property, and we always feel safe. The leasing and maintenance staff goes above and beyond to make sure their residents are served well and are cared for. They truly go above and beyond. If you ever have a maintenance issue, they have always responded right away to address it. We even had a dishwasher issue, and it was completely replaced with no questions asked. The amenities are kept clean- the pool and gym are great condition and never super crowded. It's a pretty quiet complex with a variety of people from elders, working singles, and families. I just wish they had more guest parking, as that can sometimes be an issue - but that's probably the case with most apartment complexes. Overall, great property and highly recommend if you are looking for a short or long-term rental.
