  I want to share my most favorable experience with selling our home in Chandler. We purchased with Sharon's help nine years ago and we could not have been happier with our place. In Sept it was decided that we would sell and contacted Sharon. She immediately put the wheels in motion and it sold quickly. I was unable to travel to Chandler so Sharon took it upon herself to arrange everything that was needed to hand over the place to the new owner. This was far a above what anyone could expect of an agent and she just handled it all. I recommend Sharon and the Arizona home group to anyone whether buying or selling.

  After terminating my existing agreement I found Sharon through a mutual friend. Being remote in Canada poses big challenges when selling a condo. Expectations to go 'over & above' mean more time, planning and sweat equity. We established expectations early and I was clear this sale wouldn't be easy - Sharon never wavered. From day one when we partnered she assessed the quality of the current pictures taken, problem area's, renovations required and made immediate recommendations to ensure best value.
  
  After the Assessment and/or honeymoon phase I was sold on her professionalism and local knowledge. I invested a small amount of money which she project managed since I was remote handling all contractors, invoices and schedules. After successful conclusion we sold the Condo over asking...

  There's nothing better than the feeling you get when you know you are in good hands.   John Sposato took the stress out of selling our Scottsdale Home. John was very honest, direct and kept us informed throughout the entire process. At no time did we feel the selling of our home was not given John’s full attention. The Arizona Home Group team is amazing, and very tech savvy. We know we got the best price for our home and sold it within the time frame we needed to move into our new home. We would HIGHLY recommend John to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially in Scottsdale.
