Mat Herseth - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am a business owner, a home owner, a vehicle owner and a father...I have a lot of insurance needs. I want someone who can understand what I need and why, then make the proper suggestions to adjust my list and help me make proper decisions. Overall price, coverages, additional coverages based on policy and annual changes...I could not trust all that to some whackadoo that just wants me to sign a policy.

- Mat takes his time to explain EVERYTHING. How each decision I make will effect my coverages and why they are important...no, you are not more knowledgeable about insurance than a good agent.
- Mat will review everything with tons of qualifying questions to ensure you did not have a short circuit and miss something that would not be covered or under-covered in a loss. I felt like I was being interviewed by an FBI agent rather than an insurance agent, but if something ever goes wrong, I guarantee you will be appreciative of the thoroughness.
- Mat will sell you State Farm's Roadside assistance...yes you definitely want this low cost option, trust me...just cancel AAA as soon as you read this.

Every decision I made for my insurance needs I was comfortable with...due to Mat's help and advice. Every time I have called the office after getting my policies, I have been quickly and efficiently helped by Mat or his assistant...this proves the office has the customer service AFTER the sale as well.

Matt is the guy that when someone asks "do you know a good insurance guy" one can respond "yes" "let me get you his number". Matt is not in it for himself, yes he does have a business but he will not try to make himself money at your expense. It may not be the most important thing to most but for me response is important. Matt responds as soon as possible and that is a tell of someone's character.
If you need insurance for anything...I have a guy.

Mat did a fantastic job of getting me the correct insurance that I needed for my townhouse. Mat is seriously the best insurance agent I've ever had!! He has been our agent for YEARS, for home, auto, rental, etc. My adult children even use his services.
