  Highly recommended! I’ve been to several doctors for my thyroid issue and she’s the best. She listens, thorough and really cares. Feel better now than I’ve felt in 13 years.

  I always receive the highest level of very personalized treatment from Dr. Lottis. She is thorough in her evaluations, and always listens intently to me to diagnose and provide the finest care. Service is great from Kat as well, she is service oriented to assist clients. Simply the best!

  In my opinion, Dr. Karen Lottis is an expert in hormone replacement. She looks at the whole picture of the patient to determine the proper treatment. I've been doing hormone replacement for 8 years and Dr. Lottis is the first person to look at my lab results and then ask me "how I feel?" before deciding my dose. This approach has allowed me to get back to feeling incredible without the side effects. I have my energy back, my skin and hair feel amazing, clarity in my thinking and sleep through the night. Not to mention no hot flashes or night sweats. If you are thinking about hormone replacement or not happy with your current hormone replacement, I would highly recommend Dr. Karen Lottis!!

  I highly recommend Dr. Karen Lottis and her staff at Optimal Hormones. I first started seeing Karen at another practice and I was so impressed with her care that I made it a point to follow her to her new business. I'm so glad I did!
  
  One of the reasons is that she understands how the body's different hormones relate and interact within our bodies. Her treatment is designed from that approach and I can certainly tell a huge difference in the progress that I have made under her care - especially this past year.
  
  I can honestly say that my bodily systems are working better than they have in years and I feel great! Additionally, because of the dietary and lifestyle changes that I have made, in conjunction with my hormonal treatment by Dr. Lottis, my cholesterol has also dropped (without medication) to lower levels than I have experienced in literally decades!
  
  I feel years younger and much more energetic and healthy. I know there is no "magic pill" or "fountain of youth", but I do believe that the methods and care that is provided by Dr. Lottis is the next best thing, and I've entrusted Karen with helping me manage a very healthy and productive lifestyle!

  I am definitely a true testament of how wonderful Dr Lottis is. Before going to see Dr Lottis for my many health issues, I was being treated by a traditional Western doctor with no significant improvements to my health. I finally had had enough of feeling sick and tired. I was determined to find someone to help me get my life back on track so I went to Dr Lottis to get some answers and help and that I did. She is truly an amazing Dr she takes the time to listen to your concerns and ailments, she does not give up on helping you no matter how difficult it might be she finds the answers. She diagnosed me with an extreme hormone deficiency and a thyroid issue which were causing all my symptoms, so she treated me with a hormone pellet and some natural supplements. Let me tell you I have not felt this great since I was in my 20s. It has improved my life in so many aspects. I can't thank her enough for helping me finally feel like myself again it has been amazing. I have recently started seeing Molly Edwards the nutritionist that works alongside Dr Lottis and with her help I'm already down 7 lbs in 2 weeks! This is truly exciting knowing I'm finally in great hands to get a tailored nutrition plan for my body type and to finally be able to meet my weightloss goals. I highly recommend both of these ladies to all my friends and family!
