The staff was amazing, kind and nice. As soon as I walked in, everyone was very helpful. The Doctor was extremely patient with my child even though my son wasn’t cooperating very well . He made him feel comfortable and explained everything he was doing to my son, which I think helped him calm down and feel safe. He listen to all my concerns and explained everything to me very clearly. The waiting time wasn’t long at all, we were seen pretty quickly. This has been the best Urgent Care Clinic for Kid’s I have ever been too, I would definitely recommend to anyone!

We are so thankful for Medical City Children’s Urgent Care! We have had to visit many times during after hours and have always received great care and customer service. It is nice to have a place specifically for children that is available during the times we seem to need care the most (and when the pediatrician’s office is closed!)
A special shout out to Mohammed! He’s so good with the kids and he recognizes our children so they immediately feel more comfortable around him. From check-in to the follow up phone call, our experiences have been fantastic ❤️

We have been to this location multiple times. With the online check-in we never have to wait long. The staff is always kind and child friendly. I always appreciate the follow up call to check in on our little patient.
I only gave 4 stars because like most facilities it gets a little icky. Today there was used Kleenex under a seat in the waiting area and crushed cheez it’s in the room we were placed in. Yes, parents shouldn’t leave their mess behind for someone else, but a quick lap with a broom and dust pan would be cool too. Thanks for all you do!!

Great staff. Short wait with web checkin. Excellent medical assistant and doctor. My son was at ease the entire time. Answered all my questions and did not feel rushed. Perfect experience! Thank you so much for taking care of my son!
