Valley Spinal Care-Kierland

Dr. Serifini has saved my life. I have had migraines and headaches multiple times a week for as long as I can remember - most of my life to be honest. I've seen other doctors and chiropractors throughout the years, but there was never an indication as to why this was happening or a long term solution. There was one point in time where I was taking so much Tylenol that it started deteriorating my hearing (didn't know that was a thing, but it is!). After the very first session with Doc, I started seeing results immediately. After a few weeks, I DIDN'T HAVE A SINGLE MIGRAINE OR HEADACHE! I didn't know life could be so good. Now I can go weeks or even months without needing an adjustment, but as soon as I start feeling stiffness in my neck, I know I can get relief right away. AND unbeknownst to me, I had banged up my ankle pretty bad and was walking with a limp during my most recent visit and Doc was able to adjust both my ankles!! It was incredible! I can't thank him enough for helping me live a healthier and happier life. Also Vivian is the best!! :)

Such a comfortable environment. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Serafini finds what's wrong before you can tell him. I found the stretching equipment very relaxing and almost sleep inducing. I've got a ways to go and am very happy with the start I have received from Valley Spinal Care. Kudos to Doc, Vivian, Emanuel, Adrian, Christian and Abby.

Sometimes I am not even sure what I am needing, but just by sharing one or two things with Dr. Chris is enough for him to figure out what's going on with my spine and how to shift it to where it needs to go! Super grateful :)
