    I’ve been a customer of American Family for over 3 years and it’s been nothing but great service and great employees, but today Evelyn took a step further. I’m currently moving and needed my insurance updated for my vehicle as well as renters insurance. Things are kind of hectic and we are rushing yet Evelyn still went out of her way to contact me numerous times through the process and took care of all my concerns in just a matter of a few hours. Evelyn was extremely polite, informative, and set the model for someone I wish I could always help guide me! If her boss is reading this she deserves a raise!
