This is a great chance to not only get an effective work-out, but to also learn how to do a variety of them. I find that while the work-outs are short, it's never without challenge. The best aspect however is the accountability, community, and support not only from the trainer but also those who attend. It continues to be a place that feels worthwhile and achievable for someone who doesn't have such a physically active history. Would recommend.
The main trainer Mario is awesome, the workout is tough but real rewarding and it goes by quick. Highly recommend this location
This is a great neighborhood gym! One of the best shoulder and core workouts I’ve ever done. The owner/trainer Mario is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and so great to work with, always making sure each workout is a fun and worthwhile experience.
Quick, efficient, butt-kicking workout every time. Mario elevates the experience and helps to personalize it to fit your specific goals. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
The most calories I’ve ever burned in 30 minutes! I felt like I had a personal trainer with Mario helping me along the way. He makes sure form is perfect and maximizes intensity by doing so. The best kickboxing class I’ve been to!
