  Such great customer service! Nic and his team made our mountain biking adventure perfect! We had a group of friends visiting and several needed to rent mountain bikes - not only were they amazing quality bikes, they were extremely affordable, and the concierge service the team gave us was superb. We also regularly use Dynamite Bike Lab for all of our bike repairs and services and have never experienced anything but the best. So lucky to have them in North Scottsdale!

  Just pick up a bike today 9/1/22. These guys are super chill and nice. Very helpful and got me into a sweet Orbea Occam H30. Aiden I believe was at the counter and then the mechanic came out (wish I would have caught his name) and they were both just super great guys. It is quite a drive for me but worth it. The shop was very clean and organized as well. Nice selection of inventory. Especially Orbea which I love. Check these guys out…Thank you!

  Excellent bike store, highly recommended. I have always received great service, both from the salespeople (no pressure, just attentive and providing good advice suited to my needs) and the mechanics. I am more of a steel-frame touring bike user, and I realize the majority of users are mountain bike- or street racer types, yet I can recommend this store without reservations no matter what bike you use or what style you ride.

  I took my Intense mountain bike in to check out the the creaking around the suspension bearings. Dominic’s initial assessment was on the money. Unfortunately due to lack of periodic maintenance by previous owner and parts lead times it took a while to finalize the bearing replacement. Throughout the process Nick and his team were all hands on deck. They made sure to not take unnecessary risks that could jeopardize the carbon frame. They were very friendly and kept me in the loop. Because it took longer than initially anticipated Nick made sure that I had a bike to ride so that I was not inconvenienced. My bike finally got completed and I couldn’t be more happier. More importantly I enjoyed the human element to the customer service they provided. Nick and his team are doing things the right way and I will go out of my way to make sure that anyone looking for a fair treatment and quality work knows it. Thank you Dynamite team.

  I broke my foot and was put in a no weight-bearing cast for 5 weeks. With a new puppy and the weather finally nicer, I could not be on crutches. I purchased a kneerover scooter which has a bike brake and all terrain tires. Having no mechanical inclinations, I needed help. I had my mother (no driving for awhile) bring me over to the Dynamite Bike Lab. Wow! What incredible people and customer service. The guys got my kneerover all set up and ready to go. A week later, I busted a tire and they came to the rescue again - life savers! While I was in the shop, I salivated over the huge selection of bikes and gear. What a great addition to the neighborhood. If you are in the market for a bike or a tune-up, I highly recommend Dynamite Bike Lab!
