As a Personal Assistant for Bret Michaels I ran into a problem with Brets golf cart and a leaf spring had busted. I reached out to Steve at Pohle and he immediately said he could get it fixed. Not only did he get it fixed he did it in a fraction of the time and came in under the original estimate. It is very rare to find such a Professional team in today's world that not only keeps their word but goes above and beyond standard service.
Amazing communication and updates were just a part of the overall service but a friendly, personal, professional, staff all the way around from start to finish made what I originally thought would be a stressful situation, a very easy and painless event.

I have purchased four golf carts from Pohle NV for my family and business. Their service has been amazing! Especially at the Scottsdale location. When I forgot to charge one of our carts for an extended period of time, my batteries were completely drained and couldn't take a charge. I called the Scottsdale store for assistance and they went above and beyond helping me get the batteries and charger up and running again. They even had someone come out to my house with a high powered charger to assist!

Love the new store in Scottsdale. Way more convenient. Bought a new lithium ion RXV a couple of months ago and wish I done it sooner. No muss, no fuss and goes forever. Steve and Jesus fixed me up with some accessories the other day as well. They were great to work with.

This shop is so clean and so are the carts. They also have more custom options built into their 'standard' carts than any other place I've been. Excellent customer service too!
