Love this gym! The trainers are great at coming up with creative ways to make you sweat, it's never the same workout and the classes can accommodate most schedules.

Tough workout! Loved the full body aspect of this class - it incorporated cardio, HIIT, and strength training. Each day focuses on a different body part or region, so you're always bound to get a good workout in! Workouts can be easily modified based on injuries as well.

Jabz is fantastic! I can't say enough about how much I love this gym! I'm addicted and go to classes 4-5 days a week. It's a challenging circuit style workout that is always changing, so you never get bored and they do a great job spreading focus to all of your different muscle groups - so my whole body is getting stronger. The trainers are all amazing and the owner Josette is fantastic, a huge ball of energy that is always upbeat, real and pushing you!
