(October 11, 2019, 7:52 pm)Usually everyone only takes the time to write the bad experiences they have on reviews and all the good things that happen, rarely get reported, which is why I wanted to stop and take a minute to give this public storage a great review. We have had some issues with our storage account and have tried to get help for it in the past, but have had little success. So today my husband and I went down to hopefully resolve our problem and possibly take our business elsewhere. After speaking and working together with Jessica we finally walked out of there with a smile! Sometimes all it takes is a friendly and knowledgeable employee to make all the difference. So thank u Jessica, because of you, we are still happy customers of Public Storage!!

Check-in took seconds, I received fast and professional service by Troy who helped me figuring out what size of storage do I actually need. It seems like all storage options are on-ground, which makes the loading/unloading faster.
