  Eric is the advocate you want when buying. We purchased from out of town, and Eric was such a big help. Very few individuals are up for seeing 20 houses in 3 days, but Eric was a champ as we continued to add houses to our list of options. He was super communicative and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I have nothing but great things to say about Eric, and I wholeheartedly recommend him without reservation.

  Dwellings Realty and specifically Josh Roubal and his team were very professional and a joy to work with. There were a couple hurdles out of our control and Josh worked around them and was courteous and expedient. This was an out of state deal and we didn't miss a beat. I highly recommend this group and will use them in the future.

  Dwellings is an amazing group of sharp professional realtors. They know their market for both sellers and buyers, whether working with clients domestically or internationally. The experience, knowledge, and expertise that is combined in one office is phenomenal. Dwellings staff serve their clients needs, not their own, by putting in the time, effort, and diligence to know exactly what the client wants and where. The character of the company and staff is honesty, integrity and service. Which they exceed at. We highly recommend Dwellings Realty Group.

  When buying my first home I was referred to Eric Tont with Dwellings and really got to enjoy the home seeking process and more importantly got to do it stress-free. I would guess many people don't get to think back on their home buying experiences that way, making Dwellings a rare find. Eric was able to easily grasp a feel for what I was looking for, sent regular updates on his findings and when we found the right one I never felt out of the loop right up to when I had the keys in my hand. Big thumbs up.

  Amazing team! Mike worked with us to purchase our first home and made the process as easy as possible. Plus, he made us feel incredibly comfortable for first time home buyers explaining each step along the way. Eric also helped and it was nice to know that we had not only one realtor, but an entire team looking out for our best interest. We never felt pushed or persuaded-they gave us the facts and let us make the decisions only providing recommendations and insight when asked or appropriate.
