Dr. Russell Gilbert is a pro in the science of Sleep. He will help educate you to understand how sleep works. The one side effect from following this program is, you will sleep well for the rest of your life. Other than that, I have experienced no other issues what so ever.
Dr. Gilbert helped me overcome severe insomnia with cognitive behaviour therapy and dispelling my dysfunctional beliefs about sleep. I didn't know the life-long problem could be treated effectively without medicine and am very thankful to have been referred to him. Dr. Gilbert is also kind and friendly, which was important for the encouragement I needed to do the CBT-I.
