  Yas! Yas! Yas! Qween! I don't even know where to start. Every time I come here, I leave feeling stronger and sexier than when I showed up. I go to the Vixen class every day I possibly can, and it's the highlight of my day each time. It's a dance-fitness format based in commercial choreography like you'd see at a pop concert or on a music video. I love that I can feel like I'm in the spotlight, but not being judged. I had the chance to learn at my own pace, and felt great while doing it. Now I feel like a pro!
  
  I've done the Swelter class, too, which is HIIT style. What I love about that class is-- let's be honest-- I'm not built like your typical HIIT person. But just like Vixen, I don't feel judged, just inspired.
  
  Highlights include monthly events like the Burlesque Class, or partner events with other local businesses. They do Bachelorette Parties, too, at a really fair price for the quality of the experience. This month they started a new class series called Video Vixen. It's a six week course that culminates in making a music video.
  
  Raquel is the owner, and the Qween of Empowerment. She makes me feel stronger in spirit and body every time I come to class.

  This is a high-energy dance fitness workout studio, which is great in and of itself. But you’ll fall in love with Raquel’s exuberant and positive spirit as you get your sweat on. Welcoming environment and fun atmosphere! Come for the workout, stay for the awesome vibe and amazing people.

  I've only done a few classes so far, but it's been super fun and a really good work out. Everyone there is so nice and just wants you to have a good time. I definitely recommend!

  Had a blast at a private dance party at Fit 6-7-8. Raquel and her instructors know how to teach and have fun! Highly recommend her studio for classes or private events .

  I took both the Vixen class with Raquel and the Booty Barre with Lori, and absolutely LOVED both! I have zero dancing background, and had so much fun and got a great workout from the Vixen class. Raquel made me feel so comfortable and at ease with a workout I definitely wasn’t used to! The booty barre class with Lori was just as amazing. My legs and calves were so sore for a few days after. Both girls care so much about ensuring everyone has a pleasant experience and gets a good workout. I highly recommend this studio to anybody!! They currently have a great deal for a month of classes, which was an added bonus ❤️
