Had an ablation in August 2020, a loading of Tikosyn in August and a loop recorder to determine what was going on still with afib and why I was not staying in Normal Sinus Rhythm. It did not take long to find out I was Tachycardia/Bradycardia Syndrome and a pacemaker was recommended and place in December 2020.
I am especially pleased with a persistent and move forward motion of medical advice, diagnosis and actions. I feel fabulous now. No longer having fatigue and fog like day.

The front staff, Dr. David W. Riggio and his PA along with Claudia my device monitor checker are all A++ all very kind and caring. Had to have an old lead extracted on my defibrillator that a previous EP doc left in vs replacing it when he replaced my generator when the battery died. It was a lot more invasive to remove the old lead that was in there for almost 10 years there was the concern of the possibility of nicking a vessel and bleeding out while removing the lead from the heart hence Dr. Riggeo needing a backup heart surgeon using Dr. Robert Riley, MD a Cardiovascular Surgery Specialist another great doc. I would not hesitate at all to send friends and loved ones to him he is one of the best to do a procedure like this.

Everyone I met from the X-ray tech to the administration staff who did the pre-admitting to the nurses and anesthesiologist all kept telling me he was one of the best and I was lucky to have him doing this procedure. These were people who were not affiliated with him and/or group all were from different facilities. So if you can wait or need a doctor who is an EP doc do not hesitate and definitely schedule your appointment with him and his office and staff.
