(December 5, 2019, 9:42 pm)Plaza Healthcare was a god send to our family. We were at ease knowing that the staff taking care of her were exceptional. All staff were compassionate and sincere, and truly did care for my aunt. The Case Manager Cindy was very helpful with the insurance and long term care process. Cindy was there helping us along the way with each step. Cindy and Dr. D were realistic when going over my aunts care and prepared us for her unfortunate passing. When we came to pick up my aunt's items after she passed, we were met with many hugs, tears and well wishes. Nurse Deb and CNA Sandy along with many other staff always went above and beyond!

(October 13, 2019, 11:02 am)My mother Deborah was a resident here until 2016 when she passed. The staff at the Plaza were exceptional and caring. My mother felt safe and secure during her stay. I lived out of state and never felt uneasy or uncomfortable while she was there. I personally want to express my gratitude to the staff for providing my mother a loving home and an exceptional quality of life.
