(February 4, 2020, 5:07 pm)I have absolutely LOVED living here these past 7 months! The staff is so accommodating and very responsive. The apartment is so spacious and in awesome condition. If there were any maintenance issues, they were handled rather quickly. The only downside to living here was that my roommate and I experienced two cockroaches inside our apartment, but when we called the front office, they gave us tips to get rid of them and ensured us that pest control would come to our apartment and spray our home. However, I think you'll get cockroaches anywhere... it's Arizona! Another thing is I could often hear the neighbors upstairs, but it didn't really bother me too much, so it wasn't really an issue. The area that San Tropez is located in is in prime location. Less than a 10 minute drive to Old Town and the entertainment district. The complex is located on the green belt so a really good location if you like to go on runs! Overall, a 10/10 recommendation and I would definitely consider living here if you're looking to move to Scottsdale!

(December 18, 2019, 6:30 pm)The property is beautiful! Other perks of the property are the awesome pool area, gym and volleyball courts. It is close to old town and 10-15 minutes from airport. The office staff is very nice and helpful. The maintenance team is great at what they do and get service requests done in a timely manner. People that live on the property are great people and look out for one another. Lots of dog owners. Awesome place.

(December 11, 2019, 7:43 pm)Tour the community and it was amazing! Beautiful amenities and very luxurious looking. The office staff is super friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I entered to tour. I'm new to the area so i loved how close it is to shopping and entertainment. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if it's just for a tour.
