  Everything was super smooth when I purchased my van. Joey was awesome in ensuring that we got to check out all of our options and even appeased/entertained my son while we waited for finance. Jamie in finance was also awesome and expedited the whole process of getting the papers signed.
  
  Just make sure you understand the warranty information - it can be confusing and there's a big price difference between what Kia's standard warranty is and the whole package warranty (on used vehicles).
  
  But all-in-all, it was a pretty painless experience and everyone was super nice, accommodating, and easy to work with. Very low-pressure transaction.

  A marvelous experience! The great service adviser BRANDI worked to get my Rio in for an oil change and tire rotation at the spur of the moment -- on a Friday! I was in the area taking care of other business and decided to take a chance to see if Kia had an opening for the service. BRANDI made it happen and that made my life easier -- I live on the west side of Phoenix and wanted to avoid a special trip to Kia next month for the service. I bought the Rio at that dealership and enjoy discounted oil changes. So, kudos to the great BRANDI for making it all work, especially on a Friday, a traditionally busy day! :)

  If you are looking for a car please go to Mark Kia they were the best in customer satisfaction we have bought several cars at different dealers and never have we gotten the service we got here. Everyone was professional gave us the information we needed and made everything very clear no misunderstandings later ...from our salesman through financing. No pressure and they have tons of cars from all makes not just kia. Can’t say enough about how happy we are with our new truck and our experience with them!

  I had car service here recently and the experience was great. They had to keep my car longer than expected and a rental car was included in warranty work so they set up everything for me. Most everything was handled over text which works really well for me since I'm often in meetings where I can't take a call. They also worked with me to apply specials to some of the more expensive services I needed. Very smooth and everyone involved was friendly and helpful!
