Audrey was amazing with our home search! New to the Phoenix area and with Covid, my SO was now working from home and I am a life coach so we could live literally anywhere in the metro area. Audrey was so patient and drove with us to many different areas of Phoenix as we searched for the perfect home and location. She's the best! She's the best! She's the best! My wife and I are relocating from the NW suburbs of Chicago. We contacted Audrey a couple of months ago, hoping that she would be willing to spend some time with us, experiencing the various areas around the metro Phoenix area. We simply wanted to get a "lay of the land" to see where we might want to purchase. Oh, my, did Audrey ever come through....she started e-mailing me listings of properties that we might like. So, we were actually able to get a sense of price values, locations, amenities, etc. before we flew out to visit. It greatly helped us narrow our search. Even more incredibly, Audrey GAVE UP 2 entire days of her time, driving us around, looking at properties....with no guarantee we would purchase. Her experience as a practicing property attorney gives her an advantage over nearly any realtor--plus the piece of mind for us as buyers that any contract will be fair and appropriate. We were able to find a home that we love. The sale could have been very difficult, as the owners live out of the country and the paperwork is much more complicated. Audrey and her team were knowledgeable, persistent, and kept on top of the entire situation. Had she not, the closing process would have likely taken an extra month. I CAN NOT recommend Audrey more highly. She is amazing and we found the house of our dreams!

Audrey helped me buy my first home and was amazing to work with. She was very communicative and always had a positive attitude. She was very knowledgeable and never pushy, she always wanted what was best for me. She was available all times of the day for texts, calls, and was quick to be available to meet at the house for any reason I needed to be there. Her law background was very helpful when certain questions or issues came up during the buying process. She gave me great recommendations for everything I needed to purchase for my home such as the lender and insurances. She is a dream to work with and I highly recommend her!
