  Great seafood! Hard to believe we were in the desert. Chowder was really good, but seafood platter is the best. Gumbo is very popular as well. Great service too.

  Oh man... this place is fantastic. Food is great and you can get it aggressively spicy. I am a heat fiend. I got my gumbo with heat level of 10... I had to tap out. Give this place a shot, you will not regret it. Food is served hot and dinner portions are large. You will not go home hungry.

  Portions are huge! They offer a sliding scale for heat/spice for their dishes, so ask for a sample to gauge. The Gumbo is fantastic! Seating is limited, something to keep in mind during rush hours. Highly recommend if you want some Creole cuisine.

  Very very good. The Cajun shrimp boil awesome. The pan roast combo, the shrimp cocktail. All of the above were absolutely awesome. I would recommend this place highly. My husband and I loved it... the service is great and the servers are friendly...

  Very small place. Up front and personal with chef at bar. Oysters were delicious even though shell wasn’t cleansed well. Every slurp left sharp shell bits in my mouth and on my lips. Very generous with seafood which is always a plus. Food was very tasty however not very authentic. True Cajun food has an unbelievably, brown. buttery roux. This was missing. Also my dirty rice was very overcooked and lacked that Cajun spiciness I was looking for. I would go back if In the neighborhood as food was still good, just not true Cajun, Pappadeaux’s is more authentic in my opinion.
