Mindi was excellent in her care and knowledge. This is the place to go when you want that One to One care and attention. That is what I looked for and received. Great location, easy parking.
If you need a physical therapist, I highly recommend them. Mindi and Charina Bloomenstein are sisters in law who also share a unique physical therapy practice. They work one on one with each patient and only see one patient at any given time. During the pandemic, this is especially important to reduce risk of catching Covid. They are fastidious in their germ control, take your temperature, have you wash your hands and they clean all equipment as it’s used. Most importantly, they are highly skilled therapists and truly care about restoring your health. They also have an inside therapeutic pool. Their prices are very fair and they also bill your insurance. I highly recommend them!
Mindi and her team have helped me for 12 years with a few physical issues including two hip replacements. She has an excellent rehab program. Recently I had hip replacement surgery seven weeks ago and she is working with me with an agenda. I'm getting stronger and will soon be back to normal with her help. Great facility with the therapy pool and equipment. I would recommend Proactive to everyone that has physical issues.

I have gone to many physical therapists over the years as I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. Without a doubt, I have enjoyed and benefited more working with Charina and Mindi than past PT's. I have found them to very professional, knowledgable, and encouraging. They are consistent with the exercises they ask me to do and don't overwhelm me with "homework". I highly recommend them!
Mindi and Charina are wonderful at their professional. They both helped me and my family with many different injuries and issues. I have seen the pool therapy also help many patients prior to and after surgery. They are accommodating and dedicated to their patients. I would highly recommend them.
