Location was convenient. They have early morning appointments. The office was efficient and the staff were pleasant. I was in and out quickly. Dr was awesome!!!
I was called in 5 minutes after arriving. Dr. Salmon came in a couple of minutes after a brief Q&A with Laura, his assistant. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. The exam was thorough and I was home in less than an hour!
I have 42 yrs experience working in physician offices. Because of that I am very aware of what it takes to have the office run smoothly. While in the waiting room I watched as a spouse of a patient with billing questions was immediately led to privacy and within minutes came out satisfied and grateful for the assistance.My personal experience with Dr Carroll Chen and her amazing clinical staff was excellent.
