Being I already wear your hearing aids I pretty much knew about them. The special telephone was of great interest to us and we signed up for it. Also, we are really impressed with the letter opener.

(June 28, 2019, 11:31 pm)Connect hearing is the most wonderful place you could ever go if you need hearing aids or if you need the ones that you are wearing repaired.
Connie and Laurie are there to help you. They are small office but with a huge huge concerns about you and your hearing problems. I find them both to be marvelous and Connie is a great technician and a great audio specialist. Laurie also knows what she's doing and she handles the front office with ease. I highly recommend this place for all of your hearing needs. They are a boutique agency but you would think you are in a huge department store with your own personal audiologist.
Connie and Laurie will go out of their way to help you.
They accept most insurances and I'm sure they would set up a payment plan for you. They did not ask me to write this I did this on my own I've been going to them for years and truly happy and very satisfied with everything they've done for me. -

(May 21, 2019, 11:34 am)I first found out about Connect Hearing by reading Consumer Reports. They were listed as one of the very best for service and value. I live in Goodyear, so there are many vendors much closer to home that I could use. It is always worth the drive! The products are excellent, but the personal service, care and positive attitude they always provide has made Connect Hearing so important to me. Simply stated, they are the best!

(April 30, 2019, 9:46 pm)I was very impressed with both Lori and Janel. They were professional and helpful. Janel educated me about my hearing aids and adjusted them so they are actually working now. There was no pressure to buy new hearing aids, just a real feeling that they were there to help me. Very happy with my experience at the office.
