When I started using the hearing aids, I was suprised how clear everything was. I now regret I did not get hearing aids sooner. I love the four modes, which really helps when I am in a noisy environment. I have always worried about changing those tiny batteries, so I got rechargeable so I don't have to deal with that. They said return visits are free with no co-pay. I really recommend Zounds!

The other hearing aid place was going to make me wait two weeks to get my hearing aids, but with Zounds I had the free hearing test and then walked out hearing better than I have for years. Shauna was great and answered my questions.
