The entire staff were personable, professional and caring. Adequate time and attention were given in order to evaluate our symptoms. We drive a little out of our way from Sun City Grand to seek care at this facility!

(December 20, 2019, 6:45 pm)Made an appointment online that was simple to do. every moment from check-in to seeing the nurse to getting his an x-ray and taking care of my husband's hand was taken care of very quickly with efficiency and with kindness. I highly recommend this facility for if you need to go in for any kind of medical Care it is not an emergency. Thank you next Care urgent Care on Bell thank you very much

(December 10, 2019, 2:19 pm)I was at Nextcare the other day, and was given excellent care, they were professional and courteous, the PA on staff was great, they took care of my needs and the information given was helpful and necessary for my health, I had a follow up and it went well.
Kudos to the staff at NextCare especially The PA on staff on Saturday 12/8/2019.

(November 3, 2019, 10:32 am)Very impressed from the moment I walked up to the receptionist's area. Dealt with 3 people and all were extremely professional. The PA who treated me was extremely concerned about hurting me and kept asking if I was okay. What a wonderful team they all make.

Both times I hardly had a wait time when I arrive, staff provided great customer service, care and treated me with respect. I highly recommend this NextCare. They are as welcoming and comforting as going to my primary. Thank you NextCare staff.
