It had been four frustrating months and one excuse after another as to why we were not getting our new golf cart from a Pohl competitor. The week it was to be delivered - another delay with no delivery date promise. I threw in the towel and went to the folks at Sun City Pohle. They could not have been any nicer or accomodating. We had our cart delivered 13 days from order. New cart, to our specs. JUST in time for company that arrived the same day. Amazing. They have my trust and loyalty.

Bought a cart here in late 2018, and it has run well, and I have serviced the batteries as they should, so I haven't had the need for service until today, when I needed two lug nuts for my EZ-Go cart. They gave me the parts for no cost and just mentioned that they appreciate my business and just asked that I continue to support them. Of this I most certainly will. Thanks guys.

Very nice golf cart. Having some problems with an add on double locking glove boxes that does not fit properly and should not of been delivered that way but salesperson at delivery took final payment and did not spend anytime going over the cart and added options and operation. Went to another customer on the sales floor instead of doing a proper delivery with us. Would Never use that salesperson (Rich) again only thing he is interested in is the sale. Turn singles have stopped working in first three days.
On positive part the store at Sun City West has already made an appointment for me to correct the poor assembly issues and see wants wrong with the turn single and clean up how all the wire is hanging under the dash the also said they will remove the added double glove box and put the single one made for this model and then we will have full opening cup holders. Very nice and helpful service person at the Sun City West store. The delivery person was Outstanding he went over every thing that salesperson should of done at delivery he showed me how the charger worked and he had found they had not put something that was needed for stop lights and fixed that before delivery. Because of his outstanding service and the great response I am getting from your service department at the West store I am giving a 4 star but if it was the poor assembly and salesperson at the Santa Fe store it would of been 1 star.

I am updating this review. First the response from the owner on the above review was within hours and he did what he said he was going to do and met with his staff. This morning Trent at the Sun City West store had me bring in the golf cart and fixed ALL the items not installed properly and went through the entire cart as if being delivered today for the first time. (It was much better than the original delivery) His staff in the garage found some other items not installed correctly and corrected those also, then they detailed the cart and it looked better than when the store at Sun City delivered it where apparently no one had checked for problems other than the delivery man that delivered it to my property and he did repair that item they missed which would of resulted in no brake lights missed when assembled at the Sun City Santa Fe address store. I would recommend Pohle for any and all golf cart needs but it would be because of the owner and his care and concern and the OUTSTANDING staff at the Sun City West location. I have upgraded my score to 5 stars and would of gave them 10 if it was available. Thank you Trent and crew at Sun City West store and thank you Mr. owner of Pohle for being a real professional and honest owner. I will do all my business with the Sun City West store for anything pertaining to our golf cart. By the way Trent returned my cart when done making repairs and detailing it so that I would not have to drive back over to the store and return it myself. He went over EVERYTHING they done and had me drive it and make sure I had no questions or concern with the golf cart now. "THATS SERVICE"!
