(July 17, 2022, 5:27 pm)The fry's is an excellent store. Get your VIP card and you can save quite a bit there, also you can get discounts on gas there as well. The Starbucks there is my favorite. I love getting a mocha and walking around the store with my shopping list and just enjoying the atmosphere and the people there while shopping. It's great.

(June 1, 2022, 8:42 pm)nicely maintained shopping center. it has one of the nicest, if not the best, safeways in the surprise/sun city area. and the management obviously takes pride in their property. wide lanes for traffic and comfortably large parking spots and make this place a joy for drivers. this place is the way things used to be before it got crowded and space conscious around here. love this shopping center 😀
