Very good experience. Very nice doctor. Knowledgeable, caring, thorough, approachable, took his time with me, answered all my questions. Great staff - every one of them. Another doctor saw me before Dr. Sousa. He also was very good. (Can't remember his name.) Not sure if I just lucked out, but zero wait time. Highly recommend!

The entire experience was handled well. Everyone was so nice, efficient and helpful. Dr Sousa was wonderful. He explained everything in detail and in a language I could understand. His assistants were equally as nice and informative. I was very pleased with everything.

I am not generally a big fan of Core, some doctors are very pleasant but many make me feel like I'm wasting their time. Dr. Sousa is one of good ones, took time to answer all my questions without feeling rushed and was extremely personable as well. Makes me wish I was having knee surgery right now!

What a Pro this doctor is. He listens to your questions, and is helpful in your understanding what is going on inside you. My wife was with me on the follow-up, and when we finished, she said, "now I know why you chose Dr. Sousa." This doctor knows what he is doing and executes the operation perfectly. My new knee is coming along strongly, and Dr. Sousa is watching out for any other ways he can prevent unwanted pain. Excellent experience thus far.
