I was disappointed that I didn't see Dr Klauschie. I took the early appt being told I would see her. Otherwise everything was good. Friendly NA/NP who was very thorough with examination and information for continued healing.

Love going there, everyone is so nice. I have gone to a different urologist and had a very bad experience. I went to Accademic Urogynecology had the same tests done without any pain. I really love going there.

Very fast, friendly & knowledgeable staff... very little waiting time. Enjoyable experience !

Sometimes the wait to see Dr Stern can be a little long and the waiting rooms are always too warm so if you overheat like me dress lightly or wear something that hides the sweat. However with that being said the wait is worthwhile. Dr Stern is personable and easy to talk with. They're really on top of new procedures and all of the medical advances in technology which is refreshing. Personally I appreciate having the option to look at alternatives to medications. Even Dr Sterns PA is very knowledgeable and caring and just as efficient as Dr Stern. Another advantage is they have several locations on the West side and driving to any of them isn't a big deal.

Dr Klauschie took the time to answer all questions my Mom had. No overly long wait times. She was down to earth and explained things in layman terms...Would recommend...Too bad that she apparently works amongst other less than reputable providers in her office
