My husband had bloodwork done at this location and I have to say it was the best experience that either of us has had at a lab for a long time!!
When we got there, our doctor had forgotten to send the order. The girls at the desk were so kind and helpful!
They got the order sent over and the bloodwork was done in a very short time!!! The girl who drew his blood hit the vein the first time -with no pain! We were extremely pleased with the entire experience!
I would highly recommend this lab!!!

Updated: If I could, I would give them 7 star rating for carside assistance.
It is very easy to book and get an appointment for carside assistance. Must say - cake walk to reschedule as well. We already availed the carside assistance 3 times now. My Mom gets bloodwork every few weeks, due to her chemo therapy. On our first carside assistance visit, my Mom was very weak and could hardly talk. She was anxious as well.
When we got there, instead of calling the number (as instructed) I just walked in to inform that we were waiting at the carside. We didn’t have to wait long, perhaps 5mins. We were helped by Ms. Dimeca. She is awesome, very kind and thorough with her work. We loved her.
Inspite of being busy, she didn’t rush us at all. Dimeca offered water, patiently waited for my Mom to feel better before drawing blood. She was super gentle and very kind. We were touched by her care and kindness.
I would highly recommend using their carside assistance. And many many thanks to Dimeca for taking so good care of my Mom. We’re blessed to be surrounded by people like Dimeca!

It is very hard to get an appointment at this location if you need something within 2 days or so. If you don’t have an appointment, then be prepared to wait for at least 30-45mins or more. If you have an appointment and you check-in as soon as you walk inside the premises, the chances are you’ll be called in less than 10mins and finish the process pretty quickly. Overall good team but I don’t like the wait. Hence an appointment is a must!

I picked this place even though it is a longer drive from my home because of availability. After I made the appointment, I realized there are a lot of poor reviews, mostly about waiting time and poor service. So, I was skeptical going there. But my overall experience was very good. There were about 8 other people waiting there when I showed up. Once I checked in at the Kiosk, they called me in about 5 minutes for payments and then a few more minutes before they called me in to draw blood. The gal Ecno was amazing. She found my vein in the first try - my veins are hard to find. 4 out of 5 people need two or more tries before finding them. They are great. I won't hesitate to go back in the future.
