(November 29, 2022, 8:36 pm)Steve was amazing when he was checking out my pool pump! He explained everything to me so I was able to make an informed decision about what to do. I chose to replace the pump rather than fix it. Tyler came out to do the install and answered all my questions! I love my new pool pump, can't even hear it when it is on!!! I will be hiring H2O Pool Service in the future when I switch from chlorine to salt!!! Thank you so much!

(November 12, 2022, 8:38 pm)I have been pleased with the service from H2O Pool Service. Everyone has been prompt, and friendly. My calls are returned promptly and with estimates for the necessary job.I have had a new Hayward automatic pump and filter system installed, and I am very impressed—-the most I have to do is clean the skimmer. My system automatically turns on pool lights and I can change motor speeds using my phone.

From the first interaction of a simple phone call for a quote... the customer service from Steve was so friendly and pleasant! He was very professional and helpful to answer the repair quote we needed. There was even some follow up information and questions answered promptly..then Steve showed up very timely and was so knowledgeable and helpful about our pump repair. He had it fixed in his same initial visit.My husband and I are very very pleased with this experience and HIGHLY recommend H2O Pool Service Pool! Thank you guys!!!

I called them on a Thursday, they were at my house that afternoon with a description on what was wrong and a quote to fix it. Steve was here the following Monday to install my new filter and these are the before and after pics of my pool. 10/10 Recommend.
