I owned a property in Surprise and Steve leased it out for me. I was living out of state at the time and had horrible experiences with other well known companies. He and his staff are great!! He stays on tenants and goes above and beyond. They are honest and reliable. Their bookkeeping is to the tee. Essential for owners. I noticed some complaints posted here. While I can't speak to Steve and his property management skills, I worked with Dwight and Jan Cook as my Realtors to buy a condo recently in East Phoenix. My parents have known them personally, and they sold their house with Dwight and Jan. As a first time homebuyer with a tight budget, they were amazing to work with. Extremely friendly, found me the perfect place near Papago Park, and I felt like I could trust them entirely. Whenever it comes time to sell my place in the future, I'll absolutely be giving them a call, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home in the Phoenix area.
