Renee was excellent, easy to work with and answered all of our questions quickly. Price and coverage are fantastic. We've never had to file a claim, thank goodness, so we'll take this time to say we're happy that we have renters insurance and happy that we haven't had to use it. There were a wide variety of options to cover our apartment but Allstate pricing allowed us to get top rated coverage for less and make certain all our items were fully covered. We're happy with them.

Also, they have easy access to their website and having the app for mobile accessibility is amazing. If we are ever out and about around town and need to check something on our policy, we can do it very easily.

Once again, we are very happy with our policy and we do not plan on leaving Allstate. We look forward to future business with them!

Ever since we joined Allstate, we have been so pleased with the amazing customer service everyone gives. Stephen and Jonathan are the 2 I deal with regularly and they are both amazing. I feel like they truly care and value you as a customer. We recently got into our first car accident earlier this year and they made sure we were taken care of from the very beginning putting our minds at ease. Allstate is so affordable and convenient. We use the app for everything such as checking on our claim, paying our bill, getting our cards and even requesting road side assistance. Very awesome team and we appreciate them so much! Glad we became Allstate customers.
