  I have been a Commercial General Contractor for over 40 years, Recently my flooring contractor dropped the ball and left us without a flooring contractor to install our new Kitchen / Dining flooring before my Daughters wedding at the end of October, as most of you probably know, It can be difficult finding a good contractor! When I searched for a new contractor to get this project completed I looked for a local contractor in my area who had the Best Rating, I was able to locate only two Flooring contractor's, when I called the 1st. one they declined?, Then I contacted Encore Floors in Surprise AZ, I left my information with a brief description telling them what I was looking for as not to waste their time. The owner Rich called me back in less than 30 minutes and set up an appointment for the next morning. We were able to pick a product, Rich confirmed while at our home that this product was in stock and that his installers would be here one week before the wedding, one week before, I was notified that our product arrived and Rich re-confirmed our start time, On install day the installers showed up on time and did an Excellent job, True professionals! When they had completed, they cleaned up as good as I would have! If you're needing new flooring give Encore a call! You will not be disappointed!

  We had new carpeting put in three bedrooms. We wanted to use a small business owner and found them online. Rich and his wife Kathy were very helpful, even knew our floor plan and quickly got all arrangements made. The installers worked hard and did an excellent job of moving furniture carefully and installing the carpet. We would highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

  I LOVE my new floors, it has totally changed the look of my home. I want to thank Rich for his great customer service, his knowledge of the products, and his patience with every detail for our home remodel. His communication from start to finish is what I appreciated so much, always keeping me updated. Martin G. the lead installer, and Paulino his right-hand man did a quality install, one of the best I have seen, just awesome. They worked so hard and finished ahead of schedule and let me say this, it was no small job. I would recommend them to anyone. From start to finish working with Encore Flooring Store was a breeze, best customer service hands down. Mike and I want to thank you for your fabulous customer service your pricing and again the great communication! We will be working with you, again, soon.
